Mary Jo spends also spends her time educating Private Bankers, Care Manager’s, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Elder Law Attorneys and Financial/Wealth Management Advisors on the most effective ways to employ home equity as a source of *tax-free funds to cover their client’s various retirement needs. Mary Jo is well- known as a trusted resource for retirees – and has co-authored many helpful articles in academic journals demonstrating cash-flow management techniques and to aide older Americans in managing cash flow and funding their care needs. She has participated in panel discussions and delivered hundreds of seminars and talks to groups ranging from the Retired Firemen’s Association, Kaiser Permanente, Rotary Clubs, CPA Discussion Groups, National Association of Professional Financial Advisors (NAPFA), Professional Fiduciaries of California (PFAC), Marin County Bar Association and many more.
