New class session at Amphora Ceramic Studio in San Rafael

Enroll Now: Session8: Nov 4th - Dec 22nd (6 weeks, no classes week of Thanksgiving)

Join one of our 5-6 week long courses! Each course meets weekly for 3 hours with one of our highly skilled instructors who will guide you through the art of working with clay over the course of 5-6 weeks. Learn a variety of techniques including wheel work, hand-buliding, surface decorations, and glazing. From beginners to advanced students we have something for everyone. All adult courses include 3 hours of open studio hours per week to practice your techniques outside of course meetings.

We Also Offer
Private events / Team Building
Book a single 2 hour private event for 1-4 participants for a flat rate of $320, additional participants: $80 per person. We will provide instruction for working on the wheel, or handbuilding, no experience necessary and we're happy to accommodate all ages. (Please note: wheel instruction is appropriate for ages 8+ so if you have younger members in your group see the handbuilding option for details ) For your safety, additional staffing is required for events with more than 4 youth under the age of 18 on the pottery wheel. Additional fees are necessary to cover this cost. Please see the details below for the additional fees added. All materials are included & finished products are food safe.
