What Happens When I go to the Hospital and I Have Diabetes?

Talk about a healthy lunch! Our new Lunch-n-Learn series serves up a big helping of useful information to help you manage your diabetes more effectively. Living well with diabetes is a lifelong journey, and there’s always something new to learn. In fact, this series was inspired by requests from Braden Diabetes Center patients who were interested in extending learnings from our regularly scheduled classes. Our Center gives you the tools and techniques to live a healthier life with diabetes. Our program is structured to:

• Support your understanding of life with diabetes
• Explore different food and exercise choices
• Learn to manage your blood sugar in various situations

Lunch-n-Learns are part of our commitment to the Marin diabetes community. This series is open to people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and their families.
