Wellness Workshop: "Clear as a Summer Breeze!"

As summer heats up around us, people may be looking for a breath of fresh air.  "Clear as a Summer Breeze!"  is an informative mini-workshop event that will take place on Sunday, June 22, 2014 and will be held at 9 Corners Center for Balanced Living, 920 Sherman Avenue, Novato, California to help people gain clarity, balance, and a fresh perspective.
 
The speakers at this event are:
 
Gail Valeskie, who will address how Emotional Freedom Tapping can help release clutter in one's brain and environment.  Since 1989, she has created pre-surgery scripts and recordings preparing clients and their bodies for major surgical procedures or for addressing their fears.  In 2012, she was introduced to the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping) and quickly saw the powerful impact this modality has in helping people rid themselves of limiting behaviors, feelings and thoughts.  By combining EFT with music, Gail believes the healing effects of both tools can bring deeper results.  
 
Laura Diana Lopez, who will reveal how to turn down the heat with cooling foods, breath and visualization.  Her life-long commitment to Integrative Wellness is evidenced by her multi-disciplined education and her personal story of transformation.  Laura mentors her clients in living daily life in alignment with their best self, resulting in greater vibrant energy, mental clarity and spiritual rejuvenation.
 
Keri Denney, who will share how essential oils can be used to heal sunburns, ward off bugs, allergies and more.  A wellness center owner and massage therapist for over 16 years, Keri Denney can help people on their journey of health and wellness through massage, relaxation and stress reduction with regular massage, daily self-care and doTERRA Essential Oils.
 
In addition to all this great information, participants will enjoy a delicious shared lunch of cooling summer foods and gluten-free dessert.
