Whether approaching a commercial bank, a family member or venture capitalist, there are key fundamental business points an entrepreneur needs to master to successfully raise start-up financing. Jeff Morgen has over 20 years experience in senior Operations, Finance and Business Development in a variety of corporate settings including high-growth corporate enterprises and early stage start-up ventures. Most recently,Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer for ELT, Inc., an e-learning company focusing on employment law issues where Jeff oversaw its sale to a private equity firm in 2011. Jeff received his BS Degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and his MBA from the University of Southern California.
