Kaiser Permanente Presents a Health Care Reform Informational Session

Kaiser Permanente Hosts Presentations on Health Care Reform, Saturday, Dec. 7


San Rafael, CA, November 25, 2013 - The Affordable Care Act (also known as “health care reform”) is bringing some big changes.
 
To help the public (and existing Kaiser Permanente members) better understand health care reform, how to navigate Covered California, and the benefits of choosing Kaiser Permanente as their medical provider, Kaiser Permanente will host two presentations.

These informative sessions are free and open to the public, with English and Spanish presentations planned on Saturday, December 7, at two locations:
 
San Rafael Medical Center
English 9-9:45 a.m.
Spanish 10-10:45 a.m.
Medical Office Building 2

Petaluma Medical Offices
English 2-2:45 p.m.
Spanish 3-3:45 p.m.
