Italian Street Painting Marin presents Ciao Bella Roma
Join us June 25 and 26 as Italian Street Painting Marin invites you to experience the captivating Eternal City of Rome, and the fine art of street painting at Ciao Bella Roma!
Experience . . .- The iconic Trevi Fountain, recreated as an interpretive 3D street painting by world-renowned Madonnara Julie Kirk-Purcell, and a small team of emerging artists;
- The myths and magic of Rome's Bocca della Verità, otherwise known as Mouth of Truth, created by Pennsylvania sculptor, John A. Mayer;
- Featured artworks by Master Madonnari focusing on the beauty and culture of Rome! Plus, additional pieces by more than 100 artists from around the world, focusing on a variety of themes;
- In the Gallery view the rare talents of EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases' RareArtist contest winners, whose lives are touched by rare diseases;
- A visual performance art welcome to Rome from Youth in Arts' students at our Fourth Street entrance;
- Fun for the entire family, including Children's Avenue where youth aged 2-12 can design their own 2'x2' street painting with a box of chalk pastels to take home, fee $10;
- The best sounds of the San Francisco Bay Area from a variety of talented bands sharing the stage with the Madonnari. Confirmed bands include K.I. Nicholas, Deep Blue Jam Band-Lorin Rowan, Hands On Fire Band, Dirty Cello, The 7th Sons, and more;
- The delectable tastes and sips of Italy!!
Italian Street Painting Marin is a program of EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, a 501c3 nonprofit.
