How to ELEVATE Your Business
Twenty-four Marin county business owners are invited to accelerate their ability to attract new clients, sell more to existing clients, and inspire buyers to take action using the 10 steps to sales success on January 30, 2016.
Lisa Safran, President and Improvisation Expert with Judy Frank, Sales Specialist combine their expertise to invigorate these 24 business owners by helping them gain traction and revenue growth in their target markets in 2016. This one-day session will empower them to see their businesses from the customer’s perspective to engage customers in a more effective way and move them through the buying process.
Format will include improvisational exercises to enhance listening skills, to understand how to effectively use customer objections to steer the conversation to a yes, and to use questions to shorten the sales process. Learn more about yourself through an on-line personality assessment, provided prior to all 24 participants, and how to speak three new languages that align with other personality types. Everyone will leave with shortcuts and skills that will enable them to fill their 2016 sales pipeline and improve close rates quickly —starting as soon as they get back to work on Monday.
