Hispanic Heritage Month; Partnerships for Business Success Mixer
Renaissance Marin and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Marin invite you to join us for an evening of cocktails, appetizers, art and música!
First established in 1968 by President Lyndon Johnson, Congress expanded Hispanic Heritage week in 1989 to a month long celebration (Sept. 15 - Oct. 15), where we celebrate the culture and traditions of those who trace their roots to Spain, Mexico and the Spanish-speaking nations of Central America, South America and the Caribbean. According to the 2007 Census, 2.3 million Hispanic/Latino owned businesses generated $350.7 billion in receipts.Join us on October 16th to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Hispanic/Latinos in Marin County and across the nation.
This celebration is also a kickoff of the Hispanic Chamber and Renaissance Center partnership, bringing a wealth of resources and partners to help you grow your business.
