Healthcare Decisions to Make When You're Healthy

Nearing end of life is no time to make end-of-life decisions. Filling out a Healthcare Directive in advance is smart planning and frees your loved ones from having to make these very personal choices on your behalf. That’s why our Center for Integrative Health & Wellness is hosting a free round table discussion to educate our community about Health Care Directives and Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (POLST).

At the end of the presentation, each panelist will hold a 10-minute Q&A. In addition, every attendee will receive a packet containing an MGH Advance Healthcare Directive, a glossary of terms, and information on how to choose a healthcare agent.
