TELECLASS DESCRIPTION
Often times our “inner roommate” likes stasis; no change, no angst. Life lessons almost always contain both! As we move closer to the outer edge of our comfort zone and start to feel the twinges we often stop ourselves and retreat rather than deal with the discomfort and transcend.
• Do you have some clarity about your next steps, but don’t make the move?
• Are you listening to your “inner roommate” replay the same tapes over and over?
• Do you have expectations of what will happen if you step out of your comfort zone that are not reality tested?
• Are you experiencing frustration about your lack of willingness to move forward?
In this one-hour teleclass, you will meet your “inner roommate” and get to know him/her; reframe negative self-talk, encourage curiosity about where you want to go and understand that the discomfort of stretching your comfort zone is momentary and that the benefits last a lifetime!
