This series of 3 classes is perfect for those exploring business ownership and want more information about what it takes to run a business. Each class (Business Planning, Legal and Finance, and Marketing) can be taken individually or as a series.  This is a series of three classes

1. Business Planning Workshop

You will focus on financial projections, a marketing plan and a strategic plan to get ahead get off to a great start or take your existing business to the next level. Learn how to measure business opportunities, establish realistic goals and objectives, and finance growth and profitability.

2. Legal and Finance Workshop

The workshop covers various legal structures, business insurance, licenses/permits, leases/contracts, and protecting your intellectual property. It also goes over the basics of financing your business, estimating start-up costs, break even analysis, the importance of cash flow and how to manage it, as well as basic financial statements.

3. Marketing Workshop

 The workshop covers the process and how-to’s needed to conduct your own market research and answer questions about whether your product or service is viable within your community. The class also provides an outline and covers the elements of developing your own successful marketing plan.
