This year is the 100th year celebration for American Veterans Day\, which was started following the WWI Armistice in 1918.\n\nThis event is free and open to the public to honor our veterans from all generations and conflicts. Please join members of Elks Lodge 1108 to honor our veterans.  This program is sponsored by the Marin County United Veterans Council\, headed by Elks Lodge 1108.\n\n10:00 am: Indoor Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Auditorium\n\nThe program continues outdoors on the Avenue of the Flags\, in front of the memorials\, with a parade\, and wreath presentation ceremony.  Followed by coffee and doughnuts sponsored by the Elks Lodge.
