Over five million trees have been planted and one million farmers\n\nimpacted\, as we provide food security and sustainable peace on war-torn lands.\n\nToday\, there are millions of remnants of war remaining in the former\n\nbattlefields of Vietnam which maim or kill innocent children and farmers.\n\nRoots of Peace is working with thousands of Vietnam farmers to grow\n\nfresh pepper on former minefields.\n\n\n\nJoin us\, as we turn MINES TO VINES in the former DMZ of Vietnam.
