Her focus is on preventative law by making sure that clients are in compliance with the law and\, by advising them on good employment practices\, helps them to avoid lawsuits and administrative claims. Dolores has a background in commercial litigation and has tried numerous commercial and employment law cases before juries\, judges and administrative agencies.
