New format this year -- no waiting in long lines.\n\n\n\n"THE BEST OF SAN RAFAEL" will include appetizers of culinary creations by the BEST Chamber member restaurants and caterers. Dinner will be a plated meal served by the wait staff at Peacock Gap. Cocktails are served at a no-host bar along with dinner and program. Wine and food are both included in the event ticket price.\n\n \n\nSpecial Entertainment by Broadway Performers from Best of Broadway Under the Stars and Transcendence Theatre Company\n\n\n\nThis annual event will continue to feature the State of City address by Mayor Gary Phillips and an awards ceremony to celebrate Citizen of the Year\, Employee of the Year\, and the Small and Large Businesses of the Year and Green Business of the Year.\n\n\n\nLast year\, the State of the City brought together nearly 500 business owners\, organization presidents\, CEOs\, elected officials\, regional community leaders\, and Chamber Board members.
