DESCRIPTION:The annual May Madness San Rafael festivities continue outdoors on the beautiful Magnolia Terrace at the San Rafael Elks Lodge with the Carnaval Band (tribute to the music of Santana)!\n\nFood and drinks are available for purchase and tables and chairs are available.  Doors open at 6:00pm and music starts at 7:30pm.  Come to dance and celebrate!\n\nPurchase tickets on the Elks website for $25\, and kids (under 12) are $10 at the door.\n\nNo outside food or drink allowed\n\nNo animals except seeing eye dogs\n\nNo cannabis or other drug use allowed on Elk property
