This event is a free open house to family and professional caregivers in our community. Whether you care for seniors\, infants or any age in between this event is an opportunity for you to take a couple of hours and turn that nurturing light on yourself.\n\n\n\nJoin us for a much-needed break\, sample nutritious snacks in our "Care Caf " with seasonal foods provided by Whole Foods. Treat yourself to a mini-massage\, participate in relaxing guided imagery\, meditation\, gentle stretching\, neurofeedback\, learn about respite care\, and much more!\n\n\n\nYou're committed to caring for others\; don't forget to take care of yourself. Self-care is a vital part of caregiving!\n\n\n\nHospice by the Bay has served our community since 1975 providing expert care and compassionate support.
