SUMMARY:Bridging the Generational Divide Through Leadership-Essential Small Business Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Bridging the Generational Divide through Leadership\n\nDiversity is something we strive for in most workplaces. Some companies do better than\n\nothers. When the topic of leadership and diversity are discussed\, it is often in terms of\n\ncultural awareness. Another topic that is getting recent attention is age diversity.\n\nThe recession kept Baby Boomers in the workforce past retirement age. Now\, people are\n\nstaying in the workforce for a variety of reasons beyond simple necessity.\n\nWe are living longer and staying engaged keeps us healthier. Leading across four generations\n\npresents a significant challenge to leadership and how we communicate with clients\,\n\nemployees\, and colleagues.\n\n\n\nIn this highly interactive session we will use fun and engaging exercises to:\n\n1. Understand key differences between each generation\n\n2. Employ specific strategies to build on ideas so that the lines of communication stay open\n\n3. We will identify a strategy to integrate into our own company or client facing\n\ncommunication plan\n\n\n\nPresenter: Lisa Safran\, President and Training Strategist of Improv Consultants\n\n \n\nView full flyer
