Funds raised will help: \n\n Recruit top-tier physicians\n Expand behavioral health services\n Advance Phase II construction of the Phillips Drive clinic in Marin City\n\nMarin City Health and Wellness Center (MCHWC) \n\nMarin City Health and Wellness Center provides innovative healthcare services to all\, with the goal of African American health equity. MCHWC provides top-level wraparound healthcare to patients of all ages and ethnicities at clinics in Marin City\, Bayview Hunters Point in San Francisco\, and San Rafael. Wraparound care takes a whole-person approach that's a "strengths and needs-driven" methodology bringing together a well-rounded plan with medical\, behavioral\, social\, and community support to create personalized care plans that help individuals and families thrive beyond just treating problems.
